I was pleasantly surprised when I opened my Knuckle Lights™, and found batteries already included in them. They were ready for a run! Of course I was immediately concerned how comfortable they would be, as I am not used to carrying anything when I run. Surprisingly, the Knuckle Lights™ aren't like carrying something in your hands at all. They fit comfortably over your knuckles and have a thin adjustable plastic band that almost made me forget I had them on. Did they work? I've tried head lamps before on early morning or nighttime runs, and was always frustrated by the limited range of illumination and the amount of slipping and bouncing. With headlamps, I never felt like I could clearly see the path in front of me. Because the Knuckle Lights™ are around hip level, it lights up the road in front of you as well as your immediate surroundings and potential obstacles on a run or ride.
