Modifications are being made to our online training log. To access your current data, and transition to the new platform, please follow the instructions below.

 
1.       Log into MySwimBikeRun using the link here: Log In.

2.       An export file will be displayed for each year that training data exists.  So, if there are two years worth of data, you will see a 2012 export and a 2013 export.  Click on each export file and save the file(s) to your computer.

3.       Log into Final Surge or create a new Account: http://www.finalsurge.com

4.       At the top of the page in the main navigation across the top in the dark grey band, hover over the Workouts dropdown menu and select “Import Data” at  the bottom of the menu.

5.       On the import page, click the “Select File” button, and select your import file.  Click Upload File and wait for the import to finish (it could take a few minutes depending on how much data you are importing).

6.       If you have multiple years to import, repeat step 5.
